Training Courses

Our certified courses prepare everyday heroes to respond.

What this is

Built to create confident, capable responders.

IERF's training programs are built to create confident, capable responders, whether you're a community member, a workplace team or a public safety professional. Our courses combine real-world emergency response techniques with hands-on practice, giving participants the skills they need to take lifesaving action before EMS arrives.

Training includes CPR/AED, First Aid, trauma care and bleeding control, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), emergency awareness, and preparedness planning for homes, businesses and community groups. Every course is designed for practical application, using scenarios, modern equipment and evidence-based methods.

From high-risk environments to everyday emergencies, participants learn how to stay calm, act quickly and support those in critical need. Backed by decades of public safety experience and aligned with nationally recognized standards, IERF training empowers people to protect themselves, assist others, and strengthen community resilience when it matters most.

Bringing us in

We come to you.

Most of our teaching happens in church halls, community centers, workplaces and fire bays, wherever the group already meets. You provide the room and the people; we bring manikins, AED trainers and consumables.

Cost depends on the course and the group, and for community sessions in underserved areas it is frequently nothing at all. That is what donations are for.
